Best Western Surrey Hotel Policies

Minimum check-in age is 19.
Check-in time is any time after 3 p.m. (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed)
Check-out time is 11 a.m. (Late check-out requests will be accommodated where possible)
This property considers guests aged 17 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children under 17 will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. You must advise the Front Desk at check-in of the exact number of adults and children.

Payment Policies Deposit Information

A valid credit card is required to secure your hotel reservation. The hotel may authorize the credit card up to seven days before your arrival if your check in date is for a sold out date. Guests are required to PIN or sign their credit card pre-authorization. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation
A valid, bank-issued credit card that can be imprinted and valid government-issued photo identification is required for check in. We do not accept pre-paid credit cards or Canadian debit credit cards. Upon departure, you may pay by credit card, cash, or Best Western Travel Card.

Hotel Cancellation Policies

Please note, cancellation policies can vary depending on where the reservation was made. If you need to cancel or change your reservation you must do so with 24 hours’ notice of your reservation.

Please record the cancellation number you will be given for your own records.

Currency Conversions

All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian dollars.
As currency exchange rates will fluctuate on a daily basis, the hotel cannot guarantee a specific rate of exchange.
Currency exchange is available at the Front Desk (USD Only).

Additional Guests/Playpens

All room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Guests above double occupancy result in an automatic charge of $15 per person per night.
Playpens are available by request at no additional cost, when available. Playpen availability cannot be guaranteed.

All room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
An additional charge of $15 per night will apply for each guest above double occupancy.

Hotel with Free Parking

The Best Western King George Inn and Suites welcomes you to park your vehicle for free in our outdoor lot while staying with us.
Space is limited and parking is not guaranteed for any guest. Parking is not suitable for larger trucks or buses. Parking is limited to one vehicle permitted per room and is strictly enforced. Vehicles not registered will be towed.

Hotel Pet Policy

Our pet policy was established for the convenience of the majority of our guests. Thus, to keep our facilities as allergy-free as possible, no pets are allowed to stay in the hotel rooms. Please contact us today and we will be happy to suggest local kennels for your furry friends.
